Our Story

Born at London's Festivals, Rooted in Two Cultures

London raised us.

Back in 2014, we were cooking in the open air – festival to festival, serving plates to strangers who kept coming back until they
weren’t strangers anymore. Feeding this city became part of who we are.
When the world slowed down, we didn’t. We found a home in Hendon and built Moyo
London — a space as layered, bold, and surprising as the city that shaped us.
Here, the soulful heat of Lagos meets the quiet precision of Japan. Not because it’s a concept,
but because it’s our story — the cultures that raised us, the flavours that formed us.
Every dish is made from scratch. Every ingredient is chosen with intention. Every plate
carries a little piece of both worlds.
